Course management
Create a course with its code, title, level, department and semester. Outlines and materials stay bound to that semester.
An LMS built around how Nigerian institutions really work: two semesters, course codes, levels, departments and carry-over students. The academic session and semester decide where every record belongs.
Your students, courses, CBT and results stay yours. Isolation is enforced in the database, not by hiding menus. One lecturer cannot open another lecturer's students or scores.
Session, semester, course, student, department and level are stamped on the work. Change the session or semester once on the dashboard, and attendance, CBT, scores, results and reports follow that context.
First Semester records stay linked to that semester. Attendance, scores and results are not copied forward. You choose what may carry over: courses, materials, outlines, student lists and assessment templates.
The tools lecturers and students use through a semester, from course setup to result compilation.
Create a course with its code, title, level, department and semester. Outlines and materials stay bound to that semester.
Build question banks, randomise questions, set a timer and publish a test students can sit in the browser. A started attempt is tied to that student. When the timer ends, or the test is submitted, the paper closes.
Publish written work alongside CBT. Essay answers use the same formatted editor as exam questions, including equations.
Mark attendance for a lecture and keep a percentage for each student in the current session and semester.
Record continuous assessment and exam scores. Totals are computed from the grade setup for that course, and the result stays stamped to the right session and semester.
Share PDFs, slides, videos and links. Students open what belongs to the courses they are enrolled on for that semester.
Send an announcement to a course and reply to a student without leaving the workspace.
Review performance by course or student and export the sheets a department needs for the semester in view.
Schedule a virtual lecture and share a join link so students can attend from a browser.
Daily teaching stays inside your own courses, your own students and the current semester.
Materials, tests, attendance and results are available in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Registration asks for an institution and department from the catalogue, so the name is the school's name rather than free typing.
Faculty and department structures, levels, carry-over registration and semester result compilation.
ND and HND streams, departmental courses and semester-by-semester progression.
The catalogue also covers colleges of education, health technology, nursing and midwifery, agriculture and monotechnics.
No. The dashboard holds one current academic context. Change it once, and the academic pages operate inside it. An override remains available when an administrative task needs a different context.
They stay where they are, permanently linked to the First Semester of that session. Attendance, scores and results are never copied forward. Courses, materials, outlines, student lists and assessment templates can be carried forward, and you choose which.
Yes. Future sessions and their semesters can be created ahead of time. A session moves through Draft, Upcoming, Active, Closed and Archived, and invalid combinations are refused.
Yes. Students can open materials, sit a CBT exam and check results in a browser. There is no separate app to install.
